Who is responsible for your data

The contact form

When you describe your project, we receive your name, your email address, the type of project, the timing and your description. They are used to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal: that is the legal basis of this processing, a step taken at your request before a possible contract.

The message is passed on by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers it to our mailbox, hosted by OVHcloud. The website program that receives it keeps no copy, and writes neither your name, nor your address, nor your text in its logs.

If you write to us directly

An email arrives in the same mailbox as the form. A WhatsApp message goes through the WhatsApp service, run by Meta, under its own terms: you choose that channel by following the link.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records for each visit the IP address, the page requested, the date and the browser. These logs are used to keep the website secure and to limit abusive use of the form: that is our legitimate interest. They are deleted after 30 days.

Audience measurement

We count page views with Umami, installed on our own server. It sets no cookies, does not keep your IP address, and sends nothing to a third party: it tells us which pages are read, not who reads them.

How long we keep your messages

• if no project comes of it: three years after our last exchange, then they are deleted;
• if we work together: for the length of our relationship, then for as long as the law requires for commercial and accounting records;
• server logs: 30 days.

What we never do

• sell, rent or hand over your information;
• add you to a mailing list or newsletter without your consent;
• set a cookie or make your browser load a service from another website.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we know about you, object to its use, restrict its use, or receive it in a common format. Write to contact@enaksoftware.com: we reply within a month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Senegalese data protection authority (Commission de protection des données personnelles, CDP), or the data protection authority of your country — in France, the CNIL.
